We Offer Several Housing Options
Grace House is currently a 40-bed program located in 5 different locations:
1 Women’s and 1 Men’s Facility in Baker, LA and 1 Women’s and 2 Men’s Facility in Denham Springs, LA.
We are a personal care home program that collaborates with other programs who provide nurse aid care, personal care services, nursing services and family physician care. We provide care to individuals over 50 years of age and we can take individuals younger than 50yrs, depending on their circumstances.
